SPEAKERS

Melissa NguyenDr. Melissa Nguyen  obtained her PharmD from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy in 2019. Dr. Nguyen completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, and a PGY2 in Pain Management and Palliative Care at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She currently practices as an inpatient/outpatient pain clinical pharmacy specialist at the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System.

Kelsey EchelbargerDr. Kelsey Echelbarger graduated from the Ohio Northern University Raabe College of Pharmacy with her PharmD in 2011. She has extensive and diverse pharmacy experience including hospital, retail, ambulatory care and dispensary management.

Dr. Echelbarger specializes in cannabis pharmacotherapy and palliative care, and founded GreenWell Consulting to expand this work. Her practice and research focuses on development of guided educational and medication therapy management programs to expand pharmacist practice and provide patients with access to quality care.

Jordan WilliamsJordan Williams is a fourth-year pharmacy student in his final year at the University of Findlay, currently completing his advance pharmacy practice experiential rotations. He seeks to gain knowledge and experience in his anticipated field of practice. Ultimately, post-graduation his goal is to further his clinical training in a PGY1 residency program with a focus on infectious diseases. In his work experience he is expanding his practice as a research assistant for a cannabis pharmacy consultancy.
