Nishaminy (Nish) Kasbekar, PharmD, BS Pharm, FASHP, is the Chief Pharamcy Officer at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned her bachelor of science in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and science and completed residencies in pharmacy practice and infection diseases at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Kasbekar is the ASHP President Elect (2022-2023) and previously served on the board of directors (2019-2022).
Jessica Starr, PharmD, FCCP, BCPS is an Associate Clinical Professor at Auburn University and a clinician at Princeton Baptist Medical Center where she serves as the PGY2 Internal Medicine Residency Program Director. She received her PharmD from Auburn University and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency and Specialty Residency in Internal Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. Her primary area of interest is the cardiovascular disease states, specifically heart failure. She is well-published and a frequent lecturer at professional meetings & conferences.
Matthew Hinton, PharmD, BCPS is an emergency medicine clinical pharmacy specialist at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center College of Pharmacy. He completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at UF Health Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida and a PGY2 emergency medicine pharmacy residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. His professional interests are in the areas of resuscitation and toxicology.
Dominique Fields, PharmD, BCPS earned her Bachelor of Science and PharmD degrees from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. She began her career at Kessler Memorial Hospital in Hammonton, New Jersey, eventually becoming the director of pharmacy services. Later she served as the pharmacy clinical coordinator and student pharmacy coordinator at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center and precepted students and PGY1 residents. Fields is fulltime faculty and director of experiential education at Thomas Jefferson University College of Pharmacy.
Amanda Binkley, PharmD, BCIDP, AAHIVP is currently an infectious diseases clinical pharmacy specialist and residency program director for the PGY2 Infectious Diseases at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Binkley’s current practice areas include antimicrobial stewardship, infectious diseases consult, outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy, and HIV/Hepatitis C ambulatory care. She is a member of the Pharmacy Educators Section Advisory Group focusing on collaboration between health systems and academia.
