Dom Bracero, R.Ph, C.Ph, M.B.A., BCSCP, is Director of AdventHealth Orlando’s Central Fill Pharmacy, a central distribution facility in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Bracero received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from St. John’s University in Queens, New York. He earned his M.B.A. degree from Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa. A certified sterile compounding pharmacist, he serves as both the designated person and consultant of record. He is an active preceptor of PGY2 residents during activities associated with supply chain management, drug shortage mitigation, drug recalls, and centralized sterile compounding services.

Angela T. Cassano, Pharm. D., BCPS, FASHP, is Founder and President of Pharmfusion Consulting, LLC, located in Midlothian, Virginia. In this role Dr. Cassano assists hospitals and pharmacy associations in projects focused on pharmacy management, practice integration of pharmacy technicians and technology, sterile compounding, and general medication safety. She received her Pharm.D. degree from Campbell University, and completed both Pharmacy Practice and Adult Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residencies at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health System. Dr. Cassano serves as adjunct faculty for VCU where she teaches pharmacy law and serves as faculty for the VCU Center for Compounding Practice and Research.

Patricia C. Kienle, M.P.A, BCSCP, FASHP, is Director of Accreditation and Medication Safety for Cardinal Health. She received her pharmacy degree from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science and a Master in Public Administration degree from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She is author of The Nonsterile Compounding Answer Book, The Sterile Compounding Answer Book, and The Chapter <800> Answer Book and co-author of Assuring Continuous Compliance with Joint Commission Standards: A Pharmacy Guide. With over 500 invited presentations and 50 publications, she has special interests in medication safety, compounding sterile preparations, accreditation, and regulatory issues.
