Tyler Darcy  Tyler Darcy (he/him) is the manager of pharmacy training and development at Boston Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. In his current role, Darcy oversees all technician education and training programs, including new hire training and a summer internship for local high school students. He currently facilitates a Technician Engagement, Development, and Recruitment Committee for the health system. Darcy has served as a member of the Pharmacy Technician Forum Educational Steering Committee and is the immediate past chair of the Pharmacy Technician Forum Executive Committee.

Thommi FairchildThommi Fairchild (she/her) began her pharmacy career with Walgreens in 2004 and she has loved the constant learning and adaptation necessary to thrive in the pharmacy environment. Her true passion for pharmacy grew from my father’s cancer diagnosis in 2017. After caring for him and bringing him to treatments/chemotherapy, she was committed to knowing everything about IV compounding and chemotherapy. Fairchild has committed almost 20 years to the profession and her passion for pharmacy only continues to grow.
