Daniel NyakundiDaniel Nyakundi (he/him) is a system pharmacy business analyst for Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, Texas, one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in the southeastern part of the state, where he oversees automation management for the system and supports aspects of regulatory compliance. Nyakundi has over 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry, spanning two continents. He is currently serving as the president of the inaugural Board of Directors for The Pharmacy Technician Society (TPTS) for 2024-2025.

Charlotte HookCharlotte Hook (she/her) is the coordinator of pharmacy technician education and development at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. She holds a faculty position at a Massachusetts-based community college where she develops the curriculum for the pharmacy technician certificate program. Hook is the immediate past chair of the ASHP Pharmacy Technician Forum Educational Steering Committee and sits on the Massachusetts Society for Health System Pharmacists (MSHP) Executive Board in the inaugural pharmacy technician director seat.
