Ashley Snow (she/her) is a Pharmacy Technical Operations Manager at HCA Research Medical Center. She has been a pharmacy technician since 2001 and has served in various roles including community, inpatient, and outpatient oncology infusion center pharmacy. In her current role, Snow manages all aspects of pharmacy technician onboarding, training, and supervision and is the designated person for her facility’s inpatient and oncology compounding spaces.
Jesus Nieto (he/him) serves as the instructor and coordinator for the pharmacy technician program at Santa Rosa Junior College. He has been a licensed technician for 14 years and has worked in several roles within pharmacy, including being a clerk, technician, senior staff assistant, and supervisor. Now in his role in academia, he is dedicated to preparing future pharmacy technicians.
