Thomas WackerleThomas Wackerle (he/him) was born and raised in Innsbruck, Austria. After immigrating, he chose to pursue pharmacy and is now the lead pharmacy technician for Boston Children’s Hospital. In his role, Wackerle oversees technician operations for two satellite areas and serves in technician leadership and various work committees. Pursuing his passion for teaching and professional advancement, he instructs students at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and participates in technician committees with both the Massachusetts Society of Health-System Pharmacists (MSHP) and ASHP.

James LoveJames (Jimmy) W. Love (he/him) is the network pharmacy business analyst for the Network Pharmacy Team where he specializes in network pharmacy projects and initiatives. The team oversees acute care, outpatient community, ambulatory care, managed care, specialty pharmacy, outpatient infusion and long-term segments. Love also serves as the co-chair for the HMH Young Professionals Team Member Resource Group and is a member of the HMH DE&I Healthcare Equity & Disparities WorkGroup Subcommittee.
