Sophia R. Chhay, PharmD is the assistant director of the ASHP Innovation Center. In this role, Sophia helps lead and manage efforts to implement new programs and partnerships for ASHP. She also provides support for strategic planning, executive communications, and operations for the Office of the COO and Senior Vice President. She serves as secretary to the Council on Education and Workforce Development and co-program coordinator for the ASHP Executive Fellowship in Association Leadership and Management.
