Standardize 4 Safety initiative crosses specialties, professions and care sites. The initiative contains clinical, operational, and communication components. There is work that can be done within hospitals, clinics, private offices, associations and non-profit organizations, regulatory bodies, or simply from peer to peer.

Take the Standardize 4 Safety Pledge to become a supporter of the first national, interprofessional effort to standardize medication concentrations to reduce errors, especially during transitions of care.
