NPF Leadership

NPF Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of the ASHP New Practitioners Forum, comprised of five new practitioners appointed by the ASHP President, provides leadership, guidance, and advice to ASHP on ways to better meet the needs of new practitioner members.

The Chair of the Executive Committee serves as the voting new practitioner representative to the ASHP House of Delegates and participates in strategic planning meetings of the ASHP Board of Directors. The Executive Committee meets monthly virtually and twice a year in person, at the Midyear Clinical Meeting in December and the Summer Meetings in June. Each Executive Committee member serves as a liaison to a Forum Advisory Group.

All ASHP new practitioner members are eligible to serve on the Executive Committee. Applications open annually in September. Those interested in serving on the Executive Committee can learn more and apply in the Councils and Committees webpage.

For more information, contact the ASHP New Practitioners Forum at [email protected].
