ASHP DEI Taskforce Recommendations for State Affiliates
ASHP Task Force on Racial Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion was asked to assess ASHP's efforts in the areas of racial diversity, equity, and inclusion to develop actionable and sustainable recommendations relating to ASHP’s mission.
The task force recommendations explore new or enhanced efforts ASHP and ASHP State Affiliates should undertake in three focus areas:
- Governance and committees
- Education and training, research, and publications
- Advocacy, marketing, and communications
Together we can make meaningful changes towards more equitable, diverse, and inclusive teams and organizations.
