In this next episode in our series of a series, Vicki Basalyga, Director of Member Relations at ASHP and ASHP representative for the Navigators, sits down with the Jude Aldean and Renee Robinson who will discuss the Vaccines for Children Program and how this program can support public health goals for childhood immunization.

Jude AldenJude Alden, MBA, CBM, is a former immunization unit manager and VFC coordinator. Jude has experienced firsthand the challenges within Public Health, specifically how to expand immunization activities with limited resources. Jude now serves as the senior director of professional services for STChealth and is an active member of The Navigators immunization advocacy group. In her new role, Jude can influence change on a national scale by establishing sustainable professional service offerings to support Immunization Programs across the country.

Renee RobisnonDr. Renee Robinson, PharmD, MPH, MSPharm is associate professor, Idaho State University College of Pharmacy and a former commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service. She completed her PharmD at the University of Georgia, a residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, an NIH clinical research fellowship, and a pediatric pharmacotherapy fellowship at The Ohio State University. Her research has focused on addressing health disparities of underserved communities, working to establish health equity.

Vicki BasalygaVicki Basalyga, Pharm.D. MAS, BCPS, BCPPS is the Director of Member Relations for the Clinical Specialists and Scientists at ASHP. In addition to her Director role, Vicki assists in clinical policy development as the Secretary for the Council on Therapeutics, serves as a representative for ASHP on numerous national clinical initiatives and works with members to create essential tools and resources for leaders, practitioners and educators.
