Get the Word Out

  Use virtual platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams to invite patients and their caregivers to meet your pharmacy staff and ask questions about their medication therapies. Promote the event on your organization’s social media channels and throughout your hospital.

  Request a proclamation from your governor or local elected official(s) to declare to declare October 20-26 as National Pharmacy Week. Share a photo of the signing on social media with the hashtag #pharmacyweek.

  Pharmacists are medication experts who can help you manage conditions like diabetes and heart disease.
