As an Improvement Advisor, Jessica has led many initiatives in IHI to address burnout and restore individual wellness including a focus on restoring joy to the health care workforce, and the Healthcare Workforce Rescue Package from the All In Well-Being Campaign.

Jessica Perlo, MPH, leads IHI’s Joy and Well-being in Work Portfolio, which aims to reverse the worrying trend of burnout in health care and support leaders at all levels in creating a positive work environment that fosters equity, camaraderie, meaning, choice, and a shared commitment to deliver high-quality care. Jessica is a member of the National Academy of Medicine Action Collaborative on Clinician Wellbeing and Resilience, and is an IHI-certified Improvement Advisor.
Anna Dopp, PharmD, serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Guidelines and Quality Improvement at ASHP. Prior to this role, Dr. Dopp served as the Vice President of Public Affairs for the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin while practicing as a clinical pharmacist at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. She also served as a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant with WEA Trust in Madison, WI and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy. Dr. Dopp received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University Of Minnesota College Of Pharmacy and served as a Congressional Health Policy Fellow with the United States Senate.
Bayli Larson, PharmD, MS, BCPS is Strategic Initiatives Associate at ASHP. In her role she helps manage and lead a variety of collaborative cross-organizational strategic activities to help advance ASHP’s mission and vision and is also co-coordinator of the ASHP Executive Fellowship in Association Leadership and Management. She completed her PGY1 residency at UCHealth Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colo., and earned her PharmD from the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
