Tina Shah, M.D., MPH is a physician-scientist focused on redesigning healthcare so that clinicians can work at the top of their game. She is Senior Advisor to the Surgeon General and Principal of TNT Health Enterprises LLC. She advises healthcare companies and federal partners on clinician well-being, digital transformation, and health policy.
Tina received her MD from Jefferson and her MPH from Harvard. She is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary and critical care and continues to actively practice on the frontlines in the ICU.
Anna Dopp, Pharm.D., serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Guidelines and Quality Improvement at ASHP. Prior to this role, Dr. Dopp served as the Vice President of Public Affairs for the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin while practicing as a clinical pharmacist at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. She also served as a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant with WEA Trust in Madison, WI and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy. Dr. Dopp received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University Of Minnesota College Of Pharmacy and served as a Congressional Health Policy Fellow with the United States Senate.
Bayli Larson, Pharm.D., M.S., BCPS is Strategic Initiatives Associate at ASHP. In her role she helps manage and lead a variety of collaborative cross-organizational strategic activities to help advance ASHP’s mission and vision and is also co-coordinator of the ASHP Executive Fellowship in Association Leadership and Management. She completed her PGY1 residency at UCHealth Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colo., and earned her Pharm.D. from the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
