Rena A. Gosser, PharmD, BCPS, (she/her) is the Assistant Director of Specialty Pharmacy Services and Medication Access - University of Washington Medicine and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy in Seattle, WA. Her role provides the opportunity to support a team of pharmacist providers across primary and specialty care, develop and implement pharmacist provider driven initiatives, and create education on various clinical topics. Dr. Gosser’s professional interests include pharmacist practice advancement, medication policy, medication safety, strategic prescribing, and professional engagement.
Gift Nweke, PharmD, MS, BCPS, DPLA, (she/her) is a system pharmacy manager at Novant Health. She supports formulary management by leveraging pharmacoeconomics, outcomes research and variation analysis. Other areas of leadership include resident and student development programs along with training programs for pharmacists and technicians. Gift earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Texas Southern University and completed a combined PGY1/PGY2/MS residency and graduate program in health system administration at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center and the University of Houston.
