Taryn MondielloDr. Mondiello earned her PharmD from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy and HealthSciences in Queens, NY. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at the Coatesville VAMedical Center in Coatesville, PA, followed by her PGY2 ambulatory care pharmacy residencyat VA Hudson Valley Health Care System in Wappingers Falls, NY. She currently works as atransitions of care clinical pharmacy specialist at Barnes Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, MO.

Erin CopiDr. Erin Copi received her PharmD degree from the University of Toledo. She completed a PGY1 residency in Community Pharmacy at Michigan Medicine and a PGY2 residency in Ambulatory Care at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. She currently works as an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist with Parkview Health in Bryan, Ohio. She is a member of the ASHP SAG on Ambulatory Care Pharmacotherapy and treasurer for the Toledo Area Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists.
