Tyffani T. Wingfield, PhD, MA is the ASHP Director of the Pharmacy Technician Forum. In this role, Dr. Wingfield serves as secretary to the Forum’s Executive Committee and leads the development and implementation of national tools, resources, and programs for pharmacy technicians.
Prior to ASHP, Dr. Wingfield served in a variety leadership roles for the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Army Office of Business Transformation, and NASA Office of Education. With over twenty-two years of experience, she is proficient in working closely with organizational leaders in promoting dynamic teams/culture, developing policies and effective communications strategies, and advancing membership engagement.
She holds BA in English and biology from Virginia Commonwealth University, a MA in higher education administration & supervision from The George Washington University, and a PhD in organizational management with a focus in executive leadership from Capella University.
