LCDR Rumany Penn, PharmD, BCSCP, (he/him/his) serves as a pharmacist in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and as a compliance officer in the Office of Pharmaceutical Quality in Irvine with the FDA Office of Regulatory Affairs which protects and promotes the safety and quality of human and animal drug products by providing counsel to leaders regarding pharmaceutical field operations and emergency response. Prior positions include consumer safety officer, drug specialist, foreign cadre, and chief pharmacist at the Bureau of Prisons, Tallahassee.
Alina McCue (she/her/hers) is a dedicated Doctor of Pharmacy Candidate at the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy. She serves as ASHP-SSHP President for her school, where she skillfully oversees career and professional development events such as residency preparation workshops and networking roundtables. Additionally, Alina actively contributes to the Pharmacy Student Forum Advisory Group, creating resources to help students achieve career goals by implementing deliverables addressing their unique needs.
Sarika Satishkumar (she/her/hers) is a second year PharmD candidate at the Northeastern University School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She currently serves as a member of the ASHP Pharmacy Student Forum Advisory Group (2023-2024). She works as an inpatient pharmacy intern at Boston Medical Center and an outpatient pharmacy intern at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She developed an interest in industry during her time at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals in Regulatory Affairs. Sarika plans to a fellowship post-graduation.
Nikki Kalem, BS (she/her) is a third-year pharmacy student at Roseman University of Health Sciences in Henderson, Nevada. Throughout pharmacy school Nikki has been involved in several leadership positions including serving as the secretary for her class board and director of national engagement for her school's chapter of the Industry Pharmacists Association. Nikki currently serves on the ASHP Pharmacy Student Forum in the Career and Leadership Development Advisory Group. Upon graduation Nikki plans to pursue an acute care PGY1 residency.
Faith Tormusa-Koroma (she/her) is a fourth-year pharmacy student at the University of the Incarnate Word and a member of the ASHP Pharmacy Student Forum and Career Development and Leadership Advisory Group. During her time in pharmacy school, Faith has been actively involved in various organizations at the local, state, and national level. She aspires to help bridge the gap in healthcare disparities and plans to pursue residency and specialize in ambulatory care after graduating.
