Krishna Shah, PharmD, MBA (she/her) is originally from Columbia, SC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Wofford College and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. She also received her Master of Business Administration degree through The Citadel. Shah leads the Marketing Subcommittee of ASHP PALRC's Student and Leader Engagement Workgroup. Upon graduating from her postgraduate year 1 and post graduate year 2/MS HSPAL residency at Duke University Hospital, she is interested in pursuing a career in acute care management.
Tierra Jackson, PharmD (she/her) is a first-year Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Resident at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Jackson completed her undergraduate training and pharmacy coursework at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy. She remains passionate about advancing pharmacy practice and increasing health equity for underrepresented minority communities. Jackson hopes to serve as a role model, and mentor for other young women with an interest in pharmacy administration and leadership.
Ashleigh Neese (she/her) is currently a fourth-year pharmacy student from the Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy on the Association Management Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience with ASHP. She has a passion for leadership and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the healthcare profession. Ashleigh hopes to complete a residency program after pharmacy school to refine her clinical and leadership skills to make a difference in the pharmacy profession.
