Kristin Murphy, Pharm D, BCPS, BCPPS CPPS is the manager, medication safety at Novant Health. She received her BS in Neuroscience from the College of William and Mary and her PharmD from Virginia Commonwealth University. She completed an ASHP-accredited residency at Inova Fairfax Hospital and served as the 2008-2009 ASHP executive resident in association leadership and management. Murphy is a certified professional in patient safety and a board-certified pediatric pharmacotherapy specialist. Murphy resides in Winston-Salem, NC with her wife, daughters Elizabeth and Meredith, and stepdaughter Caitlyn.
Jevon Oliver, PharmD, MS is the director of ambulatory pharmacy services at Mass General Brigham Medical Group in Boston, MA. He completed his formal PGY1/PGY2/MS HSPA residency at University of Wisconsin Health in Madison, WI in 2018. He earned his BS in Biomedical Sciences from Oklahoma City University in 2012 and PharmD from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2016. His professional interests include leadership development, clinical/operational pharmacy practice, pharmacy technology/innovation, DEI, and advancement of pharmacy practice.
