SPEAKERS
Lucas Schulz, PharmD, BCIDP is the clinical pharmacy manager at the University of Wisconsin Health. In this role, he oversees the infectious diseases antimicrobial stewardship program and the solid-organ transplant service line. In addition to clinical services management, he is the residency program director for the PGY1 pharmacy practice residency, the PGY2 infectious diseases residency, and the 3rd and 4th year pharmacy student experiences.
Eleazar Torres is a 4th year student pharmacist from the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy and a member of the ASHP Pharmacy Student Forum Executive Committee. After graduation, he will pursue residency training at the University of New Mexico Hospital. Currently, his interests are infectious diseases and emergency medicine, and he plans on pursuing a PGY2 after completion of his PGY1 residency.
