Sarah Pfaehler, PharmD, MBA, BCPS, (she/her) is the clinical integration pharmacist with Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After graduating from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2004, Sarah completed her postgraduate pharmacy practice residency at Parkview Hospital before entering inpatient clinical practice and leadership. She transitioned to Population Health in 2017 and has been involved in growing pharmacy services in ambulatory care with Parkview Health ever since.
Mary Ann Kliethermes, PharmD, FAPhA, FCIOM, (she/her) received a BS in pharmacy from the University of Michigan (1977) and Doctor of Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science (1981). Her 45 year clinical practice includes hospital, home infusion, ambulatory practice and academia. Currently she is director of medication safety and quality at ASHP. Her expertise is pharmacist reimbursement, medication optimization, safety and quality, and new healthcare models and payment systems.
Louis Dunn, PharmD, BCPS, (he/him) is an informatics pharmacist at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from Creighton University School of Pharmacy in 2017, completed a PGY1 General Hospital Residency at Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul, MN, and a PGY2 Informatics Residency at University of Utah Health in Salt Lake City, UT. His current role primarily involves informatics EHR content build and project management for initiatives related to ambulatory and specialty pharmacy.
Katie Miller, PharmD, BCACP, BCPS, (she/her) is the director of value-based care and population health for Nebraska Medicine. Katie and her team lead transformation efforts focused on meeting the quadruple aim. Katie received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed a PGY-1 Residency at the Nebraska Western Iowa VA. Before returning to Nebraska Medicine in 2019, Katie served as the Director of Clinical Integration for the Nebraska Health Network Accountable Care Organization - a network of 1,500-plus physicians from Nebraska Medicine, Methodist and several independent clinics in the Omaha area.
Janee Whitner Kegerize, PharmD, BCACP, BCPS, (she/her) graduated with her PharmD in 2014, followed by a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency. Following residency, she created an emergency department pharmacist position at a local hospital then transitioned to ambulatory care at the VA where she has been since 2017. She received her BCPS in 2015 and BCACP in 2021. Other experiences include adjunct professor at a college of pharmacy from 2015-2019, moonlighting at Walmart pharmacy until 2018 and currently serving on the DUR Committee for the Ohio Department of Medicaid. Janee has been on an ASHP SAG group since 2017.
Anthony Donovan, PharmD, (he/him) is an ambulatory pharmacist program coordinator at Nebraska Medicine. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Pharmacy. Dr. Donovan completed a two-year pharmacy and population health fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Pharmacy and has an area of expertise involving ambulatory pharmacist health services research and pharmacist program planning and evaluation.
Katura Bullock, PharmD, BCACP, BCPS, (she/her) is a Board-Certified ambulatory care pharmacist with 15 years' experience in patient-centered care and cost-effective healthcare programs. Expert in managing complex medication regimens for chronic conditions, she has extensive teaching experience as an inaugural faculty member at UNT System College of Pharmacy. She has pioneered direct patient services in a family clinic and developed a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care residency program. A trusted leader, her contributions to healthcare and education are significant.
