The goal of this podcast is to help describe specific productivity, clinical and operational benchmarking metrics that are utilized in hospitals throughout the US. Listeners should walk away with a new understanding of meaningful metrics and how to develop them.

Kaleb Roemer, PharmD, BCPS (he/him) completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Kansas and completed his PGY1 pharmacy residency training at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS. He went on to complete an infectious diseases PGY2 pharmacy residency in Nashville, TN with HCA Healthcare TriStar Division. Kaleb Roemer is currently the manager of clinical pharmacy services for HCA Healthcare and his interests include investigative analyses, interdisciplinary collaboration, and antimicrobial stewardship.
Steve Pate, RPh, is the Deputy Chief Pharmaceutical Officer at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. He received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 1984. He has experience in retail/community, hospital, nuclear, home infusion, and specialty pharmacy practice sites. Steve also leads the 340B program at St. Jude.
Keith Posendek, PharmD, BCPS, BCGP, BCCP (he/him) is the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator for Firelands Health in Sandusky, Ohio. Prior to joining Firelands he served as a Clinical Pharmacist at Western Reserve Hospital and Adena Regional Medical Center amongst various other roles. He completed his residency training at Mercy Medical Center (now Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital). Keith has a passion for continual advancement of the Pharmacy profession, personal finance and professional organization involvement. In his free time, Keith likes to be with his family and friends and cheer on Cleveland sports teams.
Kristin C. Modlin, PharmD, MBA, BCCCP (she/her/hers) is currently a clinical pharmacy supervisor at the Greenville Memorial Hospital campus of Prisma Health. She was previously a clinical pharmacist specialist in Medication Shortage Management & Supply Chain for Prisma Health. She currently serves as a PGY1/PGY2 HSPAL residency program coordinator for Prisma Health–Upstate, Region 1 Director and Communications Committee co-chair for SCSHP, and member of the SICP Medication Management SAG.
