How to Apply:
- Complete the Online Survey: ASHP & TPTS℠ Summer Internship Application Survey
- Submit Required Documents: As part of the survey, you will be asked to upload the following documents:
- CV or resume
- Cover letter including:
- Reasons for pursuing the internship program
- Description of your involvement in ASHP, your state affiliate health-system pharmacy organization, and/or your Student Society of Health-System Pharmacy (SSHP)
- Letter of Recommendation: You can either upload it via the survey or request your letter writer to email it directly to [email protected].
- Academic Transcript: You may upload it via the survey or have it sent by mail to the address below.
- The deadline to submit your application is February 28, 2025.
