SAG on Business Development and System Integration

Charges

  • Develop resources for creating, measuring, and marketing pharmacy services.
  • Develop resources to effectively manage economic and financial performance including evolving reimbursement and payment systems.
  • Develop resources for successful vertical and horizontal health system integration (e.g. system-ness).
  • Identify needs and develop resources to protect the operational integrity of the workplace, including maintaining efficiency and functionality of our teams during crises and downtimes.
