Noelle Chapman is the Pharmacy Operations Manager and PGY1 Residency Program Director at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. In her position she is responsible for inpatient operations, and clinical services which span both inpatient and outpatient settings, and coordinating residency experiences for PGY1 and PGY2 programs. 

Dr. Chapman received her Pharm.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin and completed her pharmacy practice residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She is also a graduate of the 2011 ASHP Research and Education Foundation’s Pharmacy Leadership Academy and was named as a Fellow of ASHP in 2015.

Dr. Chapman served as Director-at-Large then Chair of the ASHP Section of Inpatient Care Practitioners Executive Committee. Currently she is a delegate in the ASHP House of Delegates and is serving on the ASHP Council of Pharmacy Practice. She is also active in the Illinois Council for Health System Pharmacy as Northern Region Director and as a member of the Vizient AMC Pharmacy Practice Advancement Committee. She is a contributor to the Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator’s Handbook and has presented nationally on pharmacist involvement in care transitions, leadership development, women in leadership, creating clinical metric frameworks to cross care settings and opportunities for technician development and advancement.
