Initial Involvement in ASHP
This year I will serve in the Section of Inpatient Care Practitioners on the Pharmacy Practice Experiences Precepting Advisory Group. Prior to this role, I served in the New Practitioner's Forum for five years working on various projects and presentations. I have been a member of ASHP since 2015 and have also been involved in advocacy efforts supporting legislature that would permit health insurers to cover pharmacist-provided benefits.
Why did you become involved in ASHP?
I became involved in ASHP because I wanted to be a part of an organization that helps drive change in the profession and in patient care.
