As the voice representing more than 220 children’s hospitals nationally, Children’s Hospital Association improves child health through innovation in the quality, cost and delivery of care with our member hospitals.

Significant Projects:
Terri has a passion to end drug shortages and some of her most relevant professional achievements have come from this effort, including the Pediatric Drug Shortage Project published in conjunction with Vizient and the most recent Angels for Change/STAQ/CHA drug shortage mitigation pilot focused on concentrated electrolyte supply, which has evolved to become Project Protect.

Advice for Someone New to Your Specialty Area:
I would recommend that anyone interested in pediatric pharmacy, but perhaps hesitant or fearful, schedule a visit to a children's hospital. One only needs to enter the walls of a children's hospital to be humbled and awestruck at the incredible work being done. It is an honor and a privilege to support such incredible efforts!
