Reason for the Shortage

- Athenex started marketing levothyroxine sodium in January 2019
- Fresenius Kabi has levothyroxine sodium available.
- Par had levothyroxine sodium on shortage due to increased demand.
- Piramal Critical Care did not provide a reason for the shortage.
