Flurandrenolide Tape

Products Affected - Description

- Cordran Tape, Allergan, 4 mcg/square centimeter, small roll, 24 inches x 3 inches NDC 52544-0044-24

Reason for the Shortage

- Allergan states the shortage was due to manufacturing delays. Allergan discontinued the small tape and changed the NDC number of the large tape in the second half of 2016.
- Allergan is the sole supplier of flurandrenolide tape.
