- Rhodes did not provide a reason for the shortage.

Estimated Resupply Dates

- Hikma has hydromorphone 1 mg/mL oral solution on allocation.
- Mallinckrodt is actively manufacturing hydromorphone tablets. Wholesalers may be allocating product.
- Rhodes has hydromorphone 2 mg tablets and 4 mg tablets in unit-dose packaging and hydromorphone 1 mg/mL oral solution on back order and the company cannot estimate a resupply date. Hydromorphone 4 mg tablets in 100 count and 500 count bottles are also on back order and the company cannot estimate a release date.
- Rhodes has all Dilaudid 2 mg, 4 mg, and 8 mg tablets and Dilaudid 1 mg /mL oral solution on back order and the company cannot estimate a release date.
