Reason for the Shortage

    • Major did not provide a reason for the shortage.
    • Mallinckrodt refuses to provide availability information.
    • Rhodes did not provide a reason for the shortage of morphine sulfate extended-release tablets. Rhodes discontinued MS Contin 100 mg and 200 mg tablets.
    • Sun has morphine sulfate extended-release tablets available.
    • Teva has morphine sulfate extended-release tablets available.
