    • Fresenius Kabi has heparin 25,000 units/250 mL in 0.45% sodium chloride premixed bags on back order and the company estimates a release date of mid- to late-November 2024. The 1,000 units/500 mL in 0.9% sodium chloride premixed bags are on back order and the company estimates a release date of early-December 2024. The 25,000 units/500 mL in 5% dextrose premixed bags are on back order and the company estimates a release date of mid- to late-November 2024. The 2,000 units/1,000 mL in 0.9% sodium chloride premixed bags are on back order and the company estimates a release date of mid- to late-March 2025.
