- Doxycycline hyclate lyophilized powder for injection, Mylan Institutional, 100 mg, vial, 10 count, NDC 67457-0437-10

Reason for the Shortage

- Mylan Institutional temporarily discontinued doxycycline 100 mg vials in March 2016.
- Fresenius Kabi had doxycycline injection on shortage due to increased demand.
