The Executive Fellowship is a paid 12-month program housed at ASHP Headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland that provides fellow(s) with hands-on training in all facets of not-for-profit association leadership and management, with areas of focus including the following:

Fellowship Stipend and Benefits
- $58,500
- Medical/prescription drug/vision and dental through ASHP’s group plans

Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
- Eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in a U.S. state or territory
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency is preferred
- Strong involvement as a volunteer leader
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and emotional intelligence
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. ASHP is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
