This episode is a recording of the Mindfulness and Meditation for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians webinar from ASHP eLearning (no CE for podcast)

Activity Date: 10/2/2019

ASHP has been committed to supporting the well-being and resilience of the pharmacy workforce for decades. We have been even more focused on supporting members the last few years given recent evidence and impact of burnout on patient safety and the healthcare workforce. During COVID-19, demands and stress on the pharmacy workforce have increased to an even greater extent. Prior to the upcoming virtual Midyear Clinical Meeting, we offer you an opportunity to pause & participate in a guided heart rhythm meditation led by ASHP member, Lisa Wilhelm.
