Dr. Condon is a board certified clinical pharmacy specialist in solid organ transplantation at the University of New Mexico Hospitals. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona (BS Microbiology, PharmD) and completed her PGY1 and PGY2 at the University of Wisconsin Health.
Dr. Ensor is the Clinical Coordinator at AdventHealth Orlando and practices with the lung transplantation and pulmonary hypertension programs. He is an international thought leader in complex immunologic challenges and antibody mediated rejection in thoracic transplantation. Dr. Ensor is actively engaged in transplantation field leadership; having served as Chairman of the ACCP immunology and transplantation PRN, and currently serving as the Inaugural Chairman of the BPS Solid Organ Transplantation Specialty Council. He was awarded fellow status in both ACCP and the American Society of Transplantation in 2018.
Dr. Angela Maldonado completed her PharmD degree at the University of the Pacific and residency training at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center. She has been a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in transplant for over a decade and most recently joined Hansa Biopharma as a Medical Science Liaison.
Dr. Tichy obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut, completed his postgraduate pharmacy residency training at Yale New Haven Hospital and received a Masters of Business Administration from Yale University School of Management. He currently works for the Mayo Clinic where he is Vice Chair, Pharmacy Supply Solutions. Dr Tichy’s professional interests include leadership, immunology, plasma protein therapeutics and transplantation. He is past chair of the American Society of Transplantation’s Transplant Pharmacy Community of Practice, past president of the Connecticut Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and contributing editor in therapeutics for the American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy. Dr Tichy has held leadership positions in state and national pharmacy and medical organizations, is a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and the American Society of Transplantation, has published over thirty book chapters and journal articles and regularly presents research at national medical meetings.
