Finding and engaging a mentor can be one of the most intimidating and challenging parts of pharmacy school. During this podcast, Megan Wright, PharmD Candidate at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and Dr. Katelynn Granger, a PGY-1 resident at MUSC Health, will talk discuss their own personal mentorship relationship and how it can be fostered and maintained through busy times.

Dr. Katelynn Granger is a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at MUSC Health. She is from Charlotte, NC and she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for both undergraduate and pharmacy school. Dr. Granger will remain at MUSC Health to pursue a PGY2 in Oncology in the next year. In addition to oncology, her interests include infectious disease, palliative care, and mentorship.
Megan Wright is a final year student-pharmacist at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. She previously received a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina. Megan has served as an extern at ASHP working with the Office of Member Relations. She plans to pursue postgraduate residency training with the goal of becoming a pediatric oncology pharmacist based in the outpatient setting.
