Ella Domingo, PharmD (she/her) is a PGY1 pharmacy resident at Ascension Seton in Austin, Texas. She graduated from Purdue University and served as an intern at both ASHP and Mayo Clinic. She also served as the vice chair and chair of the Pharmacy Student Forum Executive Committee. She won the 2022 National Clinical Skills Competition at ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting with her colleague. She now serves as a clinical practice advisory group member in the New Practitioners Forum. Her interests include internal medicine, cardiology, and academia.
Michelle Johnston, PharmD is a current PGY1 pharmacy resident at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. She completed pharmacy school at the University of Cincinnati. Michelle has early committed to the pediatrics PGY2 program next year at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Her career aspirations are to become a clinical pharmacy specialist in a large academic institution. She has been involved with ASHP since pharmacy school through leading as SSHP president and now serving on ASHP’s New Practitioner Forum.
Karissa Chow, PharmD, BCPS is an Internal Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist and Co-Chair of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and completed her PGY1/2 Pharmacotherapy Residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Her professional interests include cardiology, benign hematology, and pain management. She is a member of the ASHP New Practitioner Forum Clinical Practice Advisory Group.
Heather Howell (she/her) is a final-year Doctor of Pharmacy student at the University of Texas at El Paso and chair of the ASHP Pharmacy Student Forum Executive Committee. During her time in pharmacy school, she has remained actively involved in several organizations both locally and nationally. Upon graduating, she plans to pursue two years of residency training specializing in emergency medicine.
