Dr. Garrett Schramm is the Director of Pharmacy Education & Academic Affairs at Mayo Clinic. He received a Pharm.D. degree from South Dakota State University, with subsequent completion of PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Garrett’s current role includes administrative oversight of an employee training program for nearly 1,300 pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, 15 PGY1 and PGY2 residency programs, and continuing education offerings.
Scott Nei is a cardiovascular critical care pharmacist and the PGY1 program director at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Rochester, MN. He enjoys being involved with the Minnesota Affiliate of ASHP and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. His research interest include hemodynamic support, anticoagulation post-cardiac surgery, anticoagulation in mechanical circulatory devices and PK/PD in critical care.
Danielle Hess is a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Virginia Commonwealth University. Danielle is a current member of the New Practitioners Forum's Clinical Practice Advisory Group.
