Julia BeckerJulia Becker (she/her) has been a pharmacy technician since 2008 and has served in various roles, including community, inpatient, education, quality control, and analysis. Becker is at the forefront of the pharmacy technician field by promoting technician education and advancement. As a member of ASHP, she served on the Pharmacy Technician Forum Education Steering Committee for 3 years. Pharmacy is her passion, and she enjoys finding new ways to advance pharmacy technicians’ role in healthcare. 

Tyler Darcy  Tyler Darcy (he/him) is the manager of pharmacy training and development at Boston Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. In his current role, Darcy oversees all technician education and training programs, including new hire training and a summer internship for local high school students. He currently facilitates a Technician Engagement, Development, and Recruitment Committee for the health system. Darcy has served as a member of the Pharmacy Technician Forum Educational Steering Committee and is the immediate past chair of the Pharmacy Technician Forum Executive Committee.
