Terri Jorgenson, R.Ph., BCPS is a National Program Manager for the VA PBM Clinical Pharmacy Practice Office. She has served the VA in leadership, clinical practice, and academic detailing roles. She is currently a Clinical Pharmacy Practice consultant focused on improving access to safe pain care through deployment of Clinical Pharmacist Practitioners. Terri is active with ASHP via the Section of Pharmacy Practice Leaders, 2018 Commission on Goals, 2019 Opioid Task Force, and MCM program chair/faculty multiple times.
Elizabeth Bentley, MSJ, PharmD, BCPS is Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at Kaiser Permanente – Northwest, with oversight of anticoagulation, pain management, transitions of care, specialty care, and other ambulatory care programs. Dr. Bentley is the Co-Lead for the Kaiser Permanente Controlled Substances Stewardship Workgroup. She earned her PharmD at the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy. Dr. Bentley completed her PGY-1 residency at NorthShore University Health System and PGY-2 residency at Kaiser Permanente.
Marisa Brizzi, Pharm.D., AAHIVP currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Pain Stewardship at UC Health. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. Dr. Brizzi completed a PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at University of Illinois at Chicago in Chicago, IL and PGY-2 pharmacy practice residency in HIV primary care at University of Illinois at Chicago in Chicago, IL.
Dara Johnson, Pharm.D., BCPP, BCACP is a Clinical Coordinator for the ambulatory care clinical pharmacy department at Providence Medical Group (PMG) in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Johnson completed her PharmD at the University of Montana. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and PGY-2 residency in psychiatry at the Medical University of South Carolina. As part of her current role, she participated in the development of an opioid stewardship program for PMG.
Christine Cooper, Pharm.D. is a Director, Scientific Projects, Special Projects at ASHP where she specializes in large educational project development to create professional practice certificates. Prior to joining the ASHP Professional Development team, Dr. Cooper worked at AMCP and has practiced community pharmacy with the Veterans Administration and Walgreens. Dr. Cooper is also involved with the International Pharmacists Federation (FIP) to help in advancing the practice of pharmacy worldwide.
