Chelsea Renfro (she/her) is a research and engagement pharmacist with Vanderbilt Specialty Pharmacy's Health Outcomes and Research team. She facilitates external stakeholder engagement and collaboration discussions for outcomes research and works with clinical pharmacists to create and execute specialty pharmacy outcomes research studies with the goal of demonstrating the health system specialty pharmacists' value through research and quality improvement. Renfro holds a PharmD from East Tennessee State University Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy and completed a postgraduate year 1 residency and fellowship at University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy.
Ana Muscarella (she/her) is a clinical pharmacist at Vanderbilt Specialty Pharmacy. Her position primarily involves serving as an embedded pharmacist practicing under a collaborative practice agreement in the Infectious Disease Clinic, focusing primarily on patients living with HIV, viral hepatitis, and those on HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis. Muscarella graduated from the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis. She then completed a postgraduate year 1 community pharmacy residency at Cleveland Clinic and a postgraduate year 2 ambulatory care residency at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy.
