Jamie Guyear, PharmD, BCIDP, (she/her) is the infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship pharmacy program manager at the VA Kansas City Healthcare System where she develops and manages programs and services to optimize the use of antimicrobials. She is board-certified in infectious diseases pharmacy, is the ASHP-accredited postgraduate year 2 infectious diseases residency program director, has volunteered on various working-groups of the VA’s National Antimicrobial Stewardship Task Force, and is an active member of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists.
Sarah Blackwell, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, (she/her) is the medical intensive care unit clinical specialist at Princeton Baptist Medical Center. She has served in this role for eight years and was also the pulmonary critical care clinical specialist serving across four ICUs for six years. She obtained her PharmD from Auburn University in 2011 and completed her post graduate year 1 pharmacy residency at Princeton Baptist Medical Center in 2012. Her practice interests include pulmonary medicine, infectious disease, sepsis, and sedation practices.
