Pooja Ojha (she/her) is a medication management informaticist at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Ojha completed pharmacy school at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. She completed a post-graduate year 1 pharmacy residency at Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown in Columbus, GA and then pursued a post-graduate year 2 pharmacy informatics residency at Mayo Clinic. Her professional interests as they pertain to informatics pharmacy are clinical decision support and automation.
Charity M. Loput (she/her) is a manager on the Expanse Provider Product team at HCA Healthcare in Nashville, Tennessee. She received her PharmD from the University of Georgia in 2017, completed her post-graduate year 1 pharmacy practice residency at Erlanger Health System in 2018, and post-graduate year 2 pharmacy informatics residency at HCA Healthcare in 2019. Loput leads a team of eight provider content informaticists driving the Electronic Health Record (EHR) conversion efforts to the Expanse platform. Drawing from seven years of experience as a clinical pharmacist and informaticist, her focus areas include patient safety, care delivery, systems design, and supporting strategic initiatives, including EHR standardization and delivering evidence-based care within the 180+ hospital system.
Diana Schreier (she/her) earned her PharmD and MBA degrees from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She completed a post-graduate year 1 pharmacy practice residency and a post-graduate year 2 pharmacy informatics residency at Mayo Clinic Hospital – Rochester. She is currently the senior manager of pharmacy reporting and analytics at Mayo Clinic, Rochester and has interests in reporting, clinical decision support, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and clinical research.
