SPEAKERS
Eric Tichy obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut, completed his postgraduate pharmacy residency training at Yale New Haven Hospital and received a Masters of Business Administration from Yale University School of Management. He currently works for the Mayo Clinic where he is Division Chair, Pharmacy Supply Solutions. Dr Tichy’s professional interests include leadership, immunology, plasma protein therapeutics and transplantation.
Nilay Shah is Managing Director in Global Health and Wellbeing at Delta Air Lines and leads Health Analytics and Innovation. Prior to Delta Air Lines, he was the Chair of the Division of Health Care Delivery Research at Mayo Clinic and a Professor of Health Services Research in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. He was also the Robert D. and Patricia E. Kern endowed Director for Research in the Center for the Science of Health Care Delivery at Mayo Clinic.
