SPEAKERS
Niaz Deyhim, PharmD, MS, BCPS is a Pharmacy Administrative Specialist and System Director of the Longitudinal APPE Program at Houston Methodist Hospital. Dr. Deyhim completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at Texas A&M University Rangel School of Pharmacy, followed by a Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency Program at Houston Methodist Hospital with a Master of Science at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. Dr. Deyhim oversees pharmacy management of the long-term acute care facility at Houston Methodist Continuing Care – Texas Medical Center.
Anita Saini, PharmD completed her bachelors of science from the University of Houston and continued on to complete her doctor of pharmacy from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. Post graduate school she pursued her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency with Swedish Hospital - Northshore Health in Chicago, Illinois. Currently she practices as a clinical pharmacy specialist at Houston Methodist Hospital overseeing the clinical duties, precepts, and is involved in operation expansion for the LTAC floor since its opening at HMH.
