The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including leadership, communication, innovation, interdepartmental cooperation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Based on the survey results, ASHP staff showed a high level of employee satisfaction. Our staff is aligned with the meaningful collaborative work they do to support our members. They feel their diverse viewpoints are encouraged to influence decision-making, and innovation is valued. They also feel well-informed by ASHP’s leadership. The ASHP team believes in our mission to help people achieve optimal health outcomes. All of these data points make ASHP a Top Workplace USA.

This recognition is testament that ASHP has distinguished itself as a great place to work on a national level.
