One-Year Residency Program Format

This format is designed to help organize a leadership journal club throughout the year to coincide with the residency year.

  • Each month, a 30-minute discussion on the topic can be scheduled to discuss an article chosen within the month’s categories that hopefully can provide insight and perspective.
  • A resident can be assigned to lead the journal club and create dialogue among those in attendance.
  • If time and increased participation is available, more articles can be chosen and discussed during the allotted time with each individual responsible for presenting and starting conversation regarding the topic.
